The aim of the Peak District National Park Authority is to conserve and enhance the precious wildlife and cultural heritage of the Peak District.

As the most visited National Park in the country, the Peak District is under a great deal of pressure. Traffic congestion, erosion of footpaths and loss of wildlife and historical features are just some of the difficulties.

Derbyshire Country Cottages is a supporter of the National Park. Our sponsorship project for the coming year is the provision of a cycle for people with disabilities at the Parsley Hay Centre in the Peak District.
