Jaret House is a real gem of a holiday retreat with its spacious lounge, dining and breakfast rooms, well equipped kitchen and four en-suite bedrooms. Attractive decoration, comfortable furnishings and even a glowing log burning stove say it all. Sit on the little terrace with your breakfast and watch village life go by. Wander up to 'High Nelly's' for a scrumptious lunch. The Merchant's Yard restaurant is great for an evening meal.

Castleton with its Blue John caverns is unique. Have a picnic at Great Hucklow and watch the para-gliders floating by. Chatsworth House and mellow Bakewell, famed for its puddings, are just as close.
