"We have enjoyed a lovely week in your lovely, clean, comfortable cottage. The setting was perfect, peaceful and relaxing. We have enjoyed some of the wonderful walks right from the doorstep. Tasty food from ‘Peak Feast’, the cafe in the Deli and the George Hotel (generous portions). The people in the village are very friendly and full of knowledge about the area. Thank you very much. Tea tray and biscuits very welcome on arrival. We shall return! Thank you."

"Our fifth visit to this lovely warm and comfortable cottage…we managed our favourite walk along Lathkill and up to the pub at Over Haddon. Also visits to Bakewell, Matlock and Chatsworth. A highlight for the children was hiring bikes to do the Monsal Trail. Spectacular views…and great tunnels. I hope we will be back. Still not managed to spot a kingfisher."
