Dr K,

We really enjoyed getting away for a few days. Cherry Tree Cottage is in a perfect location, so clean-the flowers, cake and wine are a lovely welcome. Would recommend to others.

Nigel and K,

We stayed for a week in Cherry Tree Cottage and can’t fault it. It was in the perfect position as we were able to walk to restaurants, theatre, parks, shops very easily. We visited lots of local attractions too. A wonderful week in a very cosy, clean and well equipped cottage.

Previous Customer,

A superbly renovated and appointed one bedroom cottage close to the shops, park (Pavilion Gardens) and all amenities including the railways station. No garden, save for a modest front patio, but it rains a lot in Buxton so this is not a great issue. Shared side access. I used it as a writer's retreat, it was ideal.

Previous Customer,

Our few days at Cherry Tree Cottage have been a perfect, much needed, last minute getaway - Thank you. We've had a lovely time exploring Buxton, Bakewell and the surrounding area - even including a tree top adventure at Go Ape and a trip up to Soloman's Temple for the stunning views. Coming "home" each day has been the perfect relaxation for us. Thanks again.

Mark and M,

Lovely time exploring Buxton and beyond. Perfect escape from the madness. Walked loads, ate loads and drank loads. Excellent holiday! Excellent little cottage! Thank you.

Clive and L,

We have enjoyed staying at Cherry Tree. Thank you for the cake and wine - it was much appreciated! We enjoyed going to Bakewell. We did the Mam Tor walk, Stanedge edge and Ladybower Reservoir. We would come back again.

Kirstie and J,

The cottage is so lovely and provided us with the well needed break away following lockdown. The location was perfect, would definitely recommend to our family and friends. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully presented cottage. It has everything you need for a comfortable holiday and is warm and cosy with good heating. Fran the owner communicated efficiently and made sure we were able to access the property as soon as available. I would thoroughly recommend this cottage for anyone wanting a town centre quiet getaway

Beautiful cottage, perfect location very much enjoyed our stay and the tranquillity so close to the town. Wonderfully relaxing "Home from Home". Enjoyed the welcome pack, wine, cake and fresh flowers. Thank you.

Previous Customer,

We have had a wonderful week. The cottage is lovely and all the little extras were much appreciated. We will certainly pass the details on to our friends and family. Thank you.

Previous Customer,

We needed this 5 day trip as a break from work, Bristol and the stress of Covid. The cottage is stunning on the outside and interior is beautifully done. Plenty of space for two people but cosy and practical. The location is at the heart of town and in walking distance of shops and restaurants but once inside feel you are in the middle of nowhere. Even though not the best weather. We still managed a walk in the park, town, bike ride on the Monsal Trail (highly recommend) walk up Ramshaw rocks, a trip to Peak Wildlife Park. Had two dinners at Pizza Express and The Lone Star (highly recommend-great staff, food and Covid restrictions). The rest of the time we relaxed in the cottage and enjoyed our stay. Thanks Fran and Phil.

Fran and P,

Had a lovely stay at this cosy little cottage. Great central location for the town and exploring further afield. The cake, wine and flowers are a lovely touch. We would definitely stay here again.
